I’m mostly interested in the Reports section of the app so my review is focused on that. I had reached out to HS Support because an issue with their Reports. I expected a long delay, if I got reply, but they replied within 12 hours and resolved the issue. Impressive! I like the Reports but there is plenty of room for improvement. Their support asked for feedback, so it’s great to see they’re actively working to improve based on customer feedback.
My expectation of an app like this is that is I should be able to function at a high level from my phone. A large part of my personal interactions with HS is from a ticketing standpoint as is a lot of my company. There is zero access to tickets here or at least not intuitive access. I think if I click a link I have very limited access to tickets, but that requires someone slacks me a link. I’m also an admin so I would really appreciate the ability to do most of my job from my phone. I understand not being able to edit properties but I should be able to do a lot of admin functions from the app. Or a different HS admin app (Google does that as an example). I think every platform I use has full functionality from my phone except for HubSpot. They have a long way to go with the app.
It’s great to have a free version. But its easier for me to just enter everything in my google calendar and tasks. This app is not intuitive at all; the paid versions with more features must be worse. I can’t even see how to waking change the contacts name? Scan has Lan but his name is Ian. Didn’t bring the phone number over at all; and now way to easily add it. I won’t be using this app. I’d rather pay for one that works more intuitively.
I have no way to tell if this app is any good! I can’t log in because their website can’t validate my email address. I keep getting an error and it say to try later. There is no way to contact anyone even in the community for help because you have to LOG IN which I can not do because I can’t get past validating my email address. Unbelievable!!
Need to add the ability to add in docs. And include attachments when emailing. This is a pretty big feature that was overlooked
