Also, when I complain about surveys, they never let me explain the problem clearly, and they always give you the same responses. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS!
So the money came through, but the polls always took longer than displayed, unless 5 star, and some ridiculously long. It seemed as though I was taking 3-4 different polls for one credit. Also, the last that turned me off I did 15 minutes and at the end, it just disqualified me, after I had been fully polled and entered my data. Many times I was disqualified early which was fine, but it just seemed like they tried to not pay by carrying on too long.
You either get disqualified for every survey or you complete the survey and get an error at the end and you don’t get paid
The overall concept of this app is great but the moment you cash out they stop giving you surveys. This happened to me 3 times when I cashed out 3 dollars for a period of one day, however, when I cashed out $7 it’s been over 3 days and still no surveys. It makes no sense to me. Please fix this issue.
