Poor design. Unstable. Unfit for use. A giant scam. You better have a physical key.

Clunky

This app must have been designed by someone who either hates iOS or has not bothered to read Google’s Human Interface Guidelines. Nothing in this app is intuitive, copywriting is bad, typography is sloppy, overall design is ugly, navigation is weird, UI controls seems custom-built and confusing, and to top it off: the app barely works. It’s truly astounding how this app has both passed the company’s QA process and Google’s app review. Zero stars.

Not user friendly at all.

Is it difficult to find m some of the features (like creating a temporary key) and it does not give you any kind of support when something does not work. (I am trying to set my door in automatic mode and for some reason is not working, but when I switch the automatic mode on the app, it does not display any warning that it was not successfully completed)
