3. Gizmodo "Just mess around! Twiddle those faders! Swipe and click with reckless abandon! Turn the volume all the way up, give the dog a panic fit, and make your neighbours think the street's being invaded by giant cabbage people from planet Zok.

5. Dangerous Minds “New online theremin simulator kind of sounds cooler than the real thing.

This is probably my favorite app. But I can't get it to work on Android 7. Had the same problem on 5s.
Could benefit from some more robust/granular settings and the ability to record and download a session (instead of just a sample loop), but in general this is pretty bangin. Good dynamic range (you can really lay down a bass line on this with some practice and a good amp/pair of headphones), some nice tones, really intuitive and fluid for constructing loops, adding to them, and breaking them down on the fly. Considering incorporating it into performance.
The y-axis filter effect is pretty weak. But since there is zero customization available beyond picking a waveform there is no way to vary the sound very much. And unlike an actual theremin there's no way to vary the volume(!). It's simply annoying full volume or off. Oy. No way is this worth $3, barely worth $1. Feh.
If you don't get audio on Android make sure the ringer switch is in the on position. This app is addictive!😀
I loaded this app at suggestion of WFMU tweet. Looks cool but no sound. Using Android 6 with latest ios. And yes volume is up. Tried powering down. Out of ideas. Help please.
