I can’t even get past the login screen on the app. It adds an extension to my login user name and there is no way to delete it.

It's so bad this app, the team is really nice and friendly but the app it's soo poor, I can't ever add my appt, I am trying for 2 weeks to resolve this but NOTHING.

Worst software I’ve ever dealt with. Things will disappear. Spent hours not being able to sign people in or check them out; it was happening in all locations. Never works right, too many steps. Tech support is a joke.

This app is probably the most frustrating part of my daily life. PLEASE fix it. 99% of the time I cannot Get one thing to load.

my company uses this app for booking. lately it hasn’t been updating when you clock in, the book won’t automatically update on its own either. for my job we need to know when our clients are coming in and it’s really frustrating when people have appointments that we don’t see on our end because the system won’t update. it’s also extremely slow to load between pages, so if you need to add a note on a client’s account it can take extra time. i hope this app gets fixed or my company switches apps entirely, using this app is the worst part of my job
