Tried to use the portal for a video conference with a doctor and ended up having the app crash multiple times despite repeated reinstallion. Companies should avoid using this software to interface with customers.
The app cannot handle multiple users in a call. I usually have morning meetings with 10+ members connected at the same time and the app just can’t handle it.
I could not get this app to work at all on my Mobile Air (4th generation). I tried repeatedly to access the video link for my doctor’s appointment but I kept getting an error message. So frustrating and needlessly stressful. I was lucky that my doctor was able to later fit me in for a phone visit instead of having to reschedule for another day.
Waste of time . Doctors office should use something else
This stupid app would not allow me to join a video appointment with my gastroenterologist this morning. It completely locked my out! The link to join the video feed was a dead link! I called tech support for Sutter Gould Medical Center and they were so clueless they ended the call abruptly. I am in pain and had to reschedule my appointment.
