I’ve tried connecting my Movado watch to this app hundreds of times and it refuses to connect. It begins connecting and then tells me the pairing was unsuccessful. However the watch for some reason is able to tell the time and day.
I have a Movado Horological smart watch and every time I try to connect it it says that it cannot pair. Very frustrating because the time is wrong so I can’t use it.
Watch used to connect, but now NOBODY at Movado will help now that my watch fails to connect (ever). The watch doesn’t keep time at all and won’t connect to app, no matter if I reinstall. Instead, I was provided an expensive price list should I care to send them my watch.
My ferragamo watch isn’t connecting to the app. The watch is working but stopped connecting to the app. It did in the past but stopped
The first bug I experienced was during the alignment feature. It would disconnect from the watch while I was calibrating the pointers. It should have a feature to delete the notifications you get otherwise the pile up. I also tried suggesting bugs in-app but I was unable to do so. My watch is an f-80 ferragamo for reference.
