App issues

App keeps logging me out, this started about a month ago. It had worked fine for the last 4 years… Is the App being updated, bug needs to be fixed, such a pity because the bike/spinner is great

It locks-up and will not connect to Strava. I have uninstalled and reload it three times.

I have to use an old Mobile with the app because of a significant lag between the bike and my new Android.

Used to work doesn’t anymore

When I first got my bike a year ago this app was a little clunky but worked as intended. Now it doesn’t anymore, I’ll make sure I’m logged in before a ride then after the ride it logged me out, the Strava integration doesn’t work anymore, the TCX export doesn’t work, the graphs on your rides only refer to the first couple seconds of data and look like trash. I don’t know what happened but what’s the point of owning such a nice bike if you can’t get the data out of it? I contacted support and got no response.

Sync problems with Strava et al App 1 star Bike 5 star

Looks like they have stopped supporting this App. LOVE my bike. But this week workouts stopped syncing with Strava & TrainingPeaks. Had been working fine for more than a year. Please advise.
