Was using this app from the beginning of my pregnancy. When my baby turned 12 months the account was DELETED with all pictures and notes about baby development. Was trying to renew the account but the option is to create another one account. All my notes are lost. Very very disappointed.
I have used this app quite a bit and it’s an excellent one. One issue I have is the Soubds feature. I use it run white noise overnight for my baby on phone using this app. Unfortunately, 120 mins is the maximum you can set - I don’t understand why the developers have limited it to only 2 hrs, makes no sense. Hope they address this soon.
I know I won’t be able to take advantage of all the amazing features that this app provides, however I just want to share how amazing this app is and how I hope to be able to use it in its fullness for the next baby
I had a huge issue, but it turned out to be user error. I don’t use all of the features on the app, but what I use I love.
This is a decent app when it doesn’t dump your data. Maybe try hiring some real developers so that data isn’t a total loss if you get signed out of the app.
