Sorry to say I hate the new app. I fly for a living and rarely have good WiFi when I have time to catch up with my magazines. This new app says you can download a pdf, it just locks up the app and, even if you leave it for hours, it downloads nothing. Please fix this! I'm primarily using an Mobile 11 pro (2nd gen). I've only filled up 1/3 the storage space - it's not a storage issue. I've deleted the app and re-downloaded, but the problem remains. The old app let me download and save all the issues I wanted to. That was an AWESOME benefit. Wish this new version did the same. I also find it incredibly annoying to have to login every time I open the app. Hoping for some improvements.
Please update your app so that we don’t have to log in each time we access a magazine. This is very inconvenient.
Since the major update, this app has been LOUSY. Constantly asking for login, wont recognize my login info, requires internet connection to function— or more accurately, to FAIL. EAA doesn’t answer email requests for help. Recommend you skip this sorry app and get the print version.
New version requires log in each time. No capability for download for offline reading. Classic example of fixing something that wasn’t broken.
