This app was a decent substitute for social media with a lovely community. Now it’s another pay wall to prevent the poor from any online community.
I’m very grateful that I found this app . July 5th I ordered my first book that I’ve been writing for 18 years . Thanks Poetizer , and the prices are extremely reasonable the best I’ve seen . I received my book last Friday and it’s beautiful. Thanks again . I’m enjoying the app
i am a teenager as of writing this i don’t have a full time job and i don’t get steady money, i love art i have a app just for drawing and i wanted this app to be for poetry bc i love it to. Why do i have to pay a subscription just to share my poems? i want feed back and to share my love with other people. But in order for me to simply like someone’s poem your making me get a subscription to even do that.what’s the point i get you have to get money but so many apps for artists to share their works are FREE, at least if i'm not signing up for it to be a full time job just let me post poems that others might need to hear and let me like others poems to. i just wanted to share with out losing money THAT i need to live in the over priced economy. I’m very sorry but for now i'm deleting this app, much love tho 🫶🏼
I’ve been online a long time searching for an app where I can find others who love poetry, and appreciate it. I’d say, Poetizer has done that, with the exception of scaring people off with their subscriptions. Like seriously? A poetry app, you have to pay to post poems? Like just say you don’t want people using your app, and move on. Same thing with the community. Why is it so boring? There are great people on this app, but quite literally, nothing to do. Give the app challenges, and something to build the poetry community, so more people come to find it. It’s really stale though. This app has the potential to be yhe best poetry app there is, but it’s plain. Boring. You lose interest, far before you even get to paying the subscription. It’s a good app though, if you want to pay for it.
I didn’t get a chance to use this app a lot, but it was a good community. But recently, the developers got greedy and decided to lock everything behind a paywall. Having to have a subscription to post is one thing, but now we can’t even like a post or engage with the community without an outrageous subscription. This app has existed for years with free features, then out of nowhere we are blocked with a subscription. Since I personally don’t support this type of action and I find the price to be ridiculous, I’ll be deleting the app.
