Minimal directions!
I thought I would really like this app. Advertised as easy to use. In the free version, only WALK is available. There is a tone that sounds when you move from Walk, to Run, to Sprint. You have the option to skip one of those stages. However, when you try to get back to the normal sequence pattern, it does not let you. You have to keep going through the steps trying to unpause a section. There are NO directions on how to get back to the normal pattern. Perhaps they exist when you purchase the app. I’ll be looking for an app more substantial.

Really good app for losing fat!
I found out about HIIT when I was bulking up and found out that HIIT was the best option for me to shed fat when I started cutting. This app has been instrumental to me having the physique that I do right now. Very simple and straight forward but gets the job done. The best part is that most of the workouts are under 20 minutes. I was kind of annoyed about the advertisements at first, but the 99 cent upgrade is well worth it!
