Subscription a hoax

What is going on? We paid for a subscription and can not get into our account. Every user name we try is taken, even gibberish! The only numbers provided for this are from Germany.

Bug needs to be fixed ....BUT...

I paid for premium but nothing unlocked. Emailed the developer and they gave me a new password and helped remedy the situation entirely! And they did so promptly. Thank you so much! My son LOVES this game (he is 6, for reference.) The alphabet sequencing portion of the game has really helped me recognize his trouble in this particular area and I believe he will have no trouble with it in due time thanks to this app.

Paid for subscription but did not unlock anything

We paid for the monthly subscription and nothing changed! All premium content is still locked and when we try to register we get an error message that every user name we try is already in use. Even EverestMcWiggleWaggles was somehow taken. Has to be a bug. Pretty annoying when your kid is ready to play the premium games and can’t even after you pay for them. I would like a refund, please.
