I can’t even log on. It says I’m already registered but when I enter my member number to resend the confirmation email, I get a message that reads: “server error: unable to resend the verification email at this time. Please try again later.” Thanks! Really helpful. Other helpful messages say, “Error: cannot parse response” and “Error: an error occurred.” Please fire whatever UX designer you had on this project. What am I paying for when I pay hundreds of dollars for my premium every month? Deleted.
I get excellent service from Molina.
Sometimes the app has your information and then it disappears you cant change your doctor or look up pharmacies. It was better before.
The representative I was talking to had chickens crowing in the back ground and on her side the connection get going on and out I still do not have an answer to my questions Very poor service
