Horrible App

The app is very frustrating and non user friendly. The developer needs to do significant work to improve it. Tommy’s deserves better and so does all of its loyal customers.

One subscription = One car only

You may be confused by developers response to a higher comment. To be clear - you have to buy a subscription for each car you want to wash. There is no pricing model that lets you register more than one car to a single subscription plan. Makes this far less compelling. I’d pay $35 a month to be able to take my family’s cars a couple times a month to wash them, but paying $35 per car, per month- adds up when you own several cars. Good car wash facility, better pricing model needed.

App crashes

I keep trying to sign up for the Tommy Club, but the app crashes while loading. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and restarted my phone, but the problem continues.
