Simple lift is a user friendly app and is great for keeping track of my workouts. If you’re expecting tons of features this isn’t the app for you, but it has everything necessary to track your workouts easily.

Great app for tracking. There’s not enough workouts listed. Only 1 tricep workout under the arms category. *edit- dev responded. +1 star since dev is active and takes constructive feedback.
I love that you can schedule reminders for workouts! It keeps me on track and prevents me from getting lazy.
