Not terrible but bluetooth connection recognition is poor and the process of setting up scenes is pretty cumbersome
This app was only able to connect to one of the two C by GE lightbulbs I bought despite troubleshooting for 40 minutes. Worthless.
Nearly every time I open this app I have to swipe up to restart it to be able to interact with any of the devices. Often times even this doesn’t work and it just shows everything as off, even if I am standing in the room with all the lights turned on. No amount of restarting the app gets it to refresh, and I just have to wait to try again later and hope something has changed. Very frustrating that there is no kind of error message or anything to give an indication of the problem. Obviously I can still turn the lights on manually, but if any were dimmed through the app, that setting is retained, and again I’m stuck with trying to get the app to work. Please add an error message!!
This app fails to find the device on from my Android. I followed all the instructions regarding proper wifi connection (you can’t use a 5G connection), etc. It simply doesn’t find the Cync device.
App has bugs and will often lose connection with devices.
