Freebirds Restaurant for Android

I keep trying every few times I visit a Freebirds to use this app. I open the app, it asks to verify my phone number, then it tells me that number is already in use. We’ll, yeah, because it’s my number! So I’m stuck. Their “App Help” link in the App Store goes to a 404 page on their website. I’m surprised Google doesn’t have a bot that checks those links and suspend the listing if not fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Can anybody help?

Nothing works right the first time. I have to spend a significant amount of time trying to compile an order while not getting signed out and having to start over. App uses location and still can’t get the nearest location to me accurate. Pages are inconsistent and one wrong touch will make you start the whole process over. Food is great, app is in serious need of a rework.

The new interface is glitchy and difficult to use, everytime I try to add something I have to rechoose my location, also, I don’t see an option to redeem my rewards for my online order

When will you place back the option to purchase a pint of queso. Bring it back please

You place an order… no where can you retrieve the order info for what you just placed. You set a favorited store, yet when go to the Order tab you still have to search for the stores. The favorite feature serves zero purpose. In 2022 it’s a sorry excuse of an app
