Difficult to navigate, difficult to place an order, difficult to get customisation you could easily get if you went there in person. Literally everything is awful about this app.
I used this app so I wouldn’t have to wait in line for my food. After about 10 minutes of waiting the app notified me that they were making my order. They were busy at the time so I figured it would take longer than usual. However, after about 20 minutes, the line died down and people who ordered after me were getting their food almost instantly. I went to the front and told them about my order and THEN they started making my food. What’s the point of using the app if you have to tell them your order anyways? It also seems like the app falsely tells you your order is being made even if it isn’t.
If I had to choose between sacrificing the entire human race to aliens or to use this app to order food, everybody better take cover because the aliens are coming to kill us all. Literally how hard could it possibly be to make an app that actually works? And you know it’s bad when I’ve been scrolling through all reviews and not one review has 5 stars. Did the team behind this atrocious app get into a plane crash, giving them all permanent brain damage? Or maybe they are all just gradually losing brain cells as punishment from making an app so disgustingly terrible. I need to meet these people in person, because there is no possibly way these people are functioning members of society. These people must be inbred or something. In conclusion, if you want to feel rage enough to make you want to commit war crimes on several different countries, download this app. If you want to feel like a starving peasant who’s only source of food is this app, download it. Thank you.
This app is always giving me problems and doesn’t calculate my board right. My school needs to find a new provider because this is not it.
Limited features. Panda Express allows you to split up your side into 1/2. This app doesn’t allow you to do so so you only have one option for sides.
