First time trying these apps. The app is great for relaxation. The downfall is if phone goes into sleep mode or lock position it turns off. Disappointing.
I use meditation as relaxation and sleep tool and this Yoga Nidra app is great. Soothing voice and easy to use. Simply choose from 10-30 minute meditations, lay down flat on your back and listen as you scan the body mentally for deep relaxation. The tension and stress melts away. My only suggestion for improvement add 45 and 60 min sessions.
