I’ve had this app in the back burner for almost a year . Today I decided I’m doing it . It’s not easy to get on the mat and make a commitment. Let’s go!
really impressive. good energy, enjoyable, all around different then the typical things you’d see for health and fitness apps.
I joined and was able to complete one 10 min practice. I confirmed that the payment had been deducted from my account; however, the following day I attempted to log in (not Get Started) and the app and the website kept asking me to join and I had zero access. I have asked for a refund.
I have for the most part enjoyed this app a lot. It helps me stay on track and be accountable. The reason I can’t give it 5 stars is that is is not consistently syncing with my Google Watch and Android health data. Mostly it does not sync workout data consistently and there is no way to force it to sync. I’ve turned in and off the Android and Google Watch and many other recommended fixes. They didn’t work. I’m hoping Asana Rebel figures this out so I can give them 5 stars.
It may have labeled “beginner” workouts, but the workouts themselves are way above beginner abilities. If I was an advanced yoga person, I would probably like it. But I could never get to that point with this app because the beginner workouts were way too hard.
