Switched phones wont let me login

Am rating this 1 star because i used to use this app everyday and since I changed phones it won’t allow me to login. I asked the staff at the gym to update my email on file and when they do It says there is no account associated with this email. The app has a email saved that is not my email and will not allow me to reset pass. Staff extremely unsupportive.
