Seems like great updates however our apps don’t connect to our servers anymore. So now I have no remote ability to view at all. My family all got the update and none of us can connect. I updated my server as well but I always get “Sorry, our connection was lost. Please try again”

I’d rate this 5 stars, but doorbell notification doesn’t work on Mobile unless it is connected via the cloud - it doesn’t work when connected via WiFi locally. If I connect to both cloud and local connectivity, and tell reception to only use the local connection (to avoid cloud costs), when someone rings the doorbell, it automatically switches her to cloud connectivity, so if she continues monitoring video, she is using bandwidth over the cloud. I think this is a terrible and sneaky way of making money, Axis! Forcing users to use the cloud to get doorbell rings??
This app picks and chooses when it wants to work. It is very frustrating!!!
