Grailed for Android

Grailed let’s sellers print off shipping labels but doesn’t enforce the seller to ship the item off. I purchased an item a month ago and the seller still hasn’t shipped. Grailed’s protection policy doesn’t cover you, regardless of what they say. I was told by Grailed I would need to file a chargeback because they can’t help me with an item that a seller hasn’t shipped off. I don’t have this problem when using eBay. I use to like buying off Grailed but it’s gotten pretty bad lately. I’ve lost trust in Grailed and I’d prefer to use EBay.

This app used to be my go to and ive had several transactions from the past but now this app is very useless. 1.) you cant even go past through the offer button. 2.) filter button doesnt work 3.) Cant buy anything cause it dont go to the next page. Hope the dev sees this and do something cause I really like grailed. Sad to see them fell like this.

This platform is a joke, it is too expensive. As an example, I recently sold an item for 40$ and Grailed kept 7$, which is around 16% of the sale. They even charge the buyer an additional fee. Even though my item was listed and sold for 40$, they charged the buyer 43$. On top of that I have to pay for my own shipping cost. So, for a sale worth over 43$ total, the seller (me) only received 34$. Is this fair? I don't think it is. It is not always worth it in the end. Companies and platforms like this should be supporting the second hand market and making it easy for us to buy and sell used fashion that is in great condition. Grailed should not be squeezing its users with hidden fees.

this is overall fanastic as a seller and buyer. only complaint is that lack of landscape mode on the Mobile.

The old Grailed font would beat the new Grailed font in a fist fight. Also I miss the old feed for saved searches, a d everything else. It feels like things are only changed to justify the hike on fees.
