Can’t create account online or over the phone

Unable to make an account through their app, website, and teleprompter. Fix this!

App is crashing

App will not run. I open it and it crashes immediately. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and no fix.

I just wish this app would notify you when you got an E message and lately it’s been glitching and doesn’t show that you have an E message on the main screen.
