This is a garbage app. It’s non functional.
This app pulls WAY to much life out of the battery. It make YouTube look like miscellaneous background. Seriously, YouTube 16% while appfolio 44%!
The sales team over promised on functionality of their platform. It’s difficult and convoluted to use. It doesn’t sync with banks that require token number for login. It can export CSV files, but not import them. It does not have the capacity for fillable PDF’s for leases. I regret the purchase, and plan to migrate to something else within the first 6 months.
In the past 3 weeks my app has become very buggy & then stopped loading completely. I’ve had it for 3 years with no problems. I’ve tried removing & reloading, rarely it’ll allow me access for just that time. I can still access the app on my iphone7 office phone but not my Android 12 personal (any phone/Google updates are done on both). Please help resolve this as I utilize my personal phone app much more.
