Funciona muy mal

La mayoria de las veces, no conecta para poner la alarma desde la app. Muy lenta se queda pensando. No funciona bien la verdad.

Hace días que no tengo acceso a las cámaras Directamente no funcionan y cuando trato de conectarme desde el App se cierra la aplicación

No es util

No me resulta útil. No se pueden ver las facturas ni hacer pagos, tampoco gestionar mi alarma a distancia. Solo me avisa cuando se prende o apaga la alarma, no me avisa siquiera si se dispara cuando no estoy.

La aplicación necesita mejoras y el sistema falla

En el Perú esta aplicación no funciona bien. Para activar o desactivar la alarma a menudo hay que intentar varias veces y muchas de ellas es necesario ir al panel de control. Las cámaras no pueden verse todo el tiempo y con demasiada frecuencia “el sistema está en mantenimiento”. Siendo un sistema de SEGURIDAD el tiempo sin servicio por fallas y mantenimiento debería ser MÍNIMO.

No recibo notificaciones

En menos de una semana de estar la alarma instalada, no he recibido notificaciones en 4 oportunidades cuando se desactiva por las mañanas.
