Honestly I don’t use the app for anything but the notifications and they just send it to me at the top of the hour. I might not always drink but I do think it makes me more hydrated throughout the day which is why I got it. All around pretty good.

I’ve I out my info and set the reminder for every 2 hours…but wait, you have to pay to get alerts!!! It doesn’t tell you that unless you pay you won’t be getting alerts Deleting it immediately
