We have to use this for the company I work for but this app is garbage. Crashes and the login is needlessly complicated
This app won’t allow me to login. - I use my login info and then it requires me to click on a link in an email. - Click on link it sends. - Link opens Safari and gives me the messages it’s not the same browser. No kidding. I’m trying to login to the app. - Nowhere for me to paste the URL into the browser the app opens. - Process repeats until you quit or are checked in at the insane asylum due to a horribly written Navan authentication process. Guess I can’t book my business travel. Which is great.
This is the worst travel app ever created. I wish my company was willing to use anything else. I really can’t find a positive of this app. Nothing works properly. They customer service is terrible. It makes every bit of travel just that much harder
When going through two part authentication a verify link being sent to my email. I click the link and it takes back to the login page and repeat the process indefinitely.
Hands down it’s the best tool I’ve ever used for business or personal travel. I bender would have used the Concur tool for personal travel, but I book my personal trips on Navan. I event got it for my husband’s business and book his travel on it as well. I would give it 6 stars. Especially compared to Clunkur. Double especially to Egencia.
