I bought the year subscription and had it set to NOT auto renew. The website itself is confusing to use and wouldn’t even auto post on Instagram. I don’t know why I didn’t get an email or reminder that they were auto renewing my account because I specifically did not want to. No one is answering my emails and it “auto renews” today. What kind of company doesn’t have a call center? Seems like a scam to steal peoples money. I want my $250 back!
Tailwind is the worst app I HAVE EVER USED!!! I paid for an annual subscription and it’s total crap!!! Facebook cross posting - Most of the time doesn’t work and only available on desktop Suggested hashtags - Finds related hashtags that have ABSOLUTELY nothing yo do with the hashtags you enter. It will find the best hashtags in other languages 🙄. Shouldn’t even be a feature for their product. Customer service says it’s because Instagram doesn’t allow Them to connect like they used to. Then WHY promote it as if it is functional In order for me to use most of the working (?)functions I have to use the desktop, Tailwind app and Tailwind Instagram app. HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT!!!! Needs a lot of work
I tried to use thus app and it failed on every measure You basically can’t do anything from your phone, for it to even work 50% core etch you have to use a computer. it makes you seem like it will let you do every hug from your and basically deleted all the work I had done. It doesn’t post carousels It doesn’t check your word count on the phone so just basically deletes your post without telling you
I started using the Tailwind app when it was in beta. It’s the best schedule or on the market!
