Not allowed to draw from my Photo library

This does not allow me to adjust phot in my photo library which is the reason I purchased the app, a waste of money!

Was Good but iOS 13 has broken the App

Just a note to the developer, after upgrading to iOS 13, the app crashes each time I try to take or save a picture. Was a good app, I am hoping it can be patched soon. So I was a little unsure of what to rate it because it no longer works but when it did it is a great app idea.
