Scam!

Do not purchase this service. The tutors are very bad and the customer service is a complete scam. I called multiple times to cancel and they continued to bill me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

There’s no refund

They don’t tell you that once your contracted you must stay for that month or give up what you paid. My son fist session was bad. I was able to see that online tutoring is not right for him. This company can hour that this doesn’t fit my sons learning. So they keep the 560 dollars for services I can’t use. Btw i I used was 30 min. As a matter of fact contact me and I’ll transfer to you.

This company is a scam. Be aware that if you decide to subscribe to this, you cannot cancel your subscription for an entire year. I never in my life would’ve thought that they would not let you cancel the subscription, and they do not make it very clear. it is not worth it. I am spending almost $300 a month for some thing I don’t need anymore. I promise there are better options.
