      Super easy to use. I love that the weeks have a schedule for me and I’m not trying to figure out my workouts on my own- I don’t have time for that. After two weeks of consistency, I already noticed a change in my body strength. A Good variety in programs and different types of exercise and focus- keeps me from getting bored. Also, all trainers on the app are actually trained to be fitness instructors or personal trainers- so you’re getting the real deal. They’re also constantly updating and keeping things current. Overall, really love it and I’m a picky, picky person.

      I like the app but wished that it also included the active calories burned for iwatch.
