Garbage App

Made a purchase for an event had everything selected correctly. After purchase my ticket showed the wrong event on them.Was not able to use the tickets and had them for an event I did not intend ongoing to. The app is complete junk save your money by its elsewhere. Do not recommend at all.

Not User-Friendly

Took me 30 mins to reserve two tickets because of how confusing it is laid out. Bad experience. I have never used a ticket purchasing website so difficult to use.

Clunky app

If you buy a season pass you are unable to transfer separate game tickets. Found this out the hard way. I transferred what I thought was one ticket to my son who was in town. Turns out it transferred one of my season passes I paid $150 for. Hopefully he can send me the link back so I can use it. No where did it say this would happen. Thanks

Bad App

This is a terrible app. I purchased tickets twice because they did not appear in the app and of course they have a terrible no refund policy. Don’t use this app unless you absolutely have to.
