The app doesnt work & their support never responds

For weeks i have tried to use this app. It is supposed to send a code to ur phone to set it up. It never sends the code despite trying over many weeks and deleting and redownloading the app. I emailed their suppport and no response after over a week of waiting. A second email to their support after that and weeks later and still no response.

Using this app for special events is nothing but a headache. The city should dump these guys.

Horrible! Watch out!

The app will not allow you to delete your credit card info, and will not allow you to delete the account. This seems like a violation. Moreover the customer service is totally non-responsive on this issue. I have sent multiple requests for a fix with no result as of this day. I was number one on the live chat and no one came live. Really bad.
