No features

I had this app for about 3 weeks and it is absolutely terrible. You don’t have access to any features. You can’t download your card image and the one that is provided is not the actual card image, it’s missing all the pharmacy information. Terrible. Just deleted the app.

This is the only way to order my daughter medicine or whatever else she needsAnd I never let me login I keeps saying error this needs to be fixed it’s ridiculous

Really

I set up a account in my name with one of my emails and I didn’t know that you had to put the child name on it in order to register a account and there is no way that you can reset it to use the same email so I called the representative and they told me how to do it and now that I did it the right way by registering it in one of the kids name and it’s telling me that I can’t log in on this app and due to unauthorized so what am I supposed to do now when I don’t have anymore emails to register the account under and it’s just a waist of time
