I want my money back

I purchased the paid version of this program to unlock all of the features that I figured it would have. My figuring needs some work. It has very limited paper sizes, and no option to make a custom size. US Letter isn’t even an option. So if you’re looking for a comprehensive print program, don’t come here. It isn’t very intuitive for me, and there is ZERO help or support. Website links in the app store don’t link to anything. You’re left to figure out this software on your own without any sort of user manual or support. Google!!!! I want my money back!!! After delving a little further, I have discovered that this company was sold to another company called Fotodesk, and that company isn’t around anymore. This App needs to be removed so no more people drop $40 on an app that belongs to a company that went under a long time ago.
