But… the very first food I put in 150 grams of strawberries had the wrong macros. It initially showed a 100 gram serving , however when recording the serving it says per/10 gram serving. So I can easily see the mistake, there was a placement error, but to a new individual the would mislead them to thinking that 150g of strawberries is actually 211 carbs. (It’s not).
It is easy to use! It works! I love the “plain-ness” of it!! No ads. I heard about it from Jordan Syatt.
What happened? I’m using Android dark mode and after the latest update I can barely see the macros. It was fine before the update. Can I get the previous version uploaded please?
I had the app for two days and the database completely suddenly stopped working on Day 2, no food would come up not even the most basic ingredient. I re-installed the app but same problem. Can’t use this!!
I thought I might have found the perfect nutrition app (at least for me), however it is missing a few features, it has some bugs, and there's no technical support or contact email for the app. This app is a light, simple app with a core functionality of tracking macros, calories and the meals that go with them, and at its core this app great potential! However, the food logI is extremely confusing to use. It seemed straightforward at first until you try to figure out the meal structures and how to save them, that's when the functionality disappears and the bugs emerge. There doesn't seem to be a way to search and add foods to a "meal". You can search and add foods to your "day" only, not to an actual meal. I believe the functionality is there, but it's not working or the code needs updated. When I managed to bring up the correct menu the macros for all the foods and meals are empty, clearly there is some sort of bug here. Also, A needed feature would be to share saved meals, that would help out couples who are trying to lose weight together keep from having to double entry everything. Another nice feature would be the ability to track fiber. For those following the keto diet and wishing to subtract for net carbs, this would be a nice add-on. I tried to find a way of contacting the developer to inform him of the bugs in more detail, but there doesn't seem to be a way of doing that. I don't use social media accounts. A simple contact email or a form on the website would suffice. All in all, as I mentioned, this app has great potential once these bugs and issues are fixed. The database seems very comprehensive, although a bar scanner would be great, but I'm happy with a search field.
