Paid for a subscription for it to constantly not record. House was robbed while I was gone and of course my history says no recording despite paying for a years subscription...there is no way to contact customer support. In the app it’s a manual and here the link says page not found. Since this ultimately failed for what I paid for it to do I’ll be seeking legal advice

Stole the code to my camera

This app is not the correct system for momentum cameras and they stole the device code for my camera

No response to repeated issues from co

Bought the cam about a year ago and paid for the upgrade to include Cloud Services for a year. However they keep wanting me to pay every time. There’s no phone for Customer Service, however I sent an email to Momentum, they pushed it off to Danale, however they never answered my calls. No voice mail or email either. Beware....

Company suggest o use droid for push notifications to work

Suggestion from company after reaching out to them numerous times is to use a droid for full functionality of the cameras and push notifications... Tried uninstall and reinstall on Android and Mobile numerous times as suggested by company. They state they are working n an update but are not sure when it will happen... at their recommendation to use a droid to get full function.

Cheap Camera and it Shows

The camera will not stay connected to the internet nor will it easily reconnect. I have several other cameras with no issues. Spend more and get a better camera
