Absolutely garbage! I was hopeful this was exactly what I was looking for…but I couldn’t even try it! Why advertise it as free, when you have to buy the subscription? This should be noted right up front. Keep looking, this is a waste of your time!
Read the other reviews. I don't understand why this is still for sale in the App Store with the way it functions.
Apon opening the app it opens this AD with ZERO way of trying free trial or anything but seeing what the developer said was hilarious! I’m also an App Developer too but the difference to get paid my friend first let people use the APP ok? Then put the ADs in after! Don’t say this is the way we get paid for releasing a Free app because to me this App is not worth it. Buy Audiobook Builder for 4.99 well worth it over this garage =0
Upon opening app, you are immediately hit with an advertisement to spend $15 to remove ads and other such garbage. There is no way obvious way of getting past ad. Once you close the ad, the app closes. Upon clicking on the "ad block" microtransaction, it then wants to charge you $21. Still unable to actually access the app. Just wants me to overpay for something.
The discription sounded like this app was just what I was looking for - a second iTunes to hold my library of NonMusic audio - lectures, podcasts, etc. Despite the 1.0 rating, I was curious and "got" it. What I got was a window with a handful of books? or articles by a few authors - JR Kipling, Mark Twain, O Henry with one by Kipling selected and it's text in a window to the right. I tried selecting another one, got a window asking me to log into my iTunes account and then the action button was "Buy" It's basically a non functional window with various options for buying some other unknown app. I like the "try it before you buy it" concept but this is not that. I have no reason to trust that I will get ANYTHING for my money from these folk.
