Fix this and it's great!

It takes forever to download your videos and heaven forbid you add to it. It'll go from 75% to 35%. It won't download if you leave the site either. If you have an entire day to stay on the site great otherwise it'll be days if you only stay on it an hour. I did manage to download one time, paid the money and received the dvd. I have over 400 video s on my phone so I don't have the time to download them all. I'd love it if you could speed up the downloading and then I'd be happy to do all my videos. Mk Michigan

Makes Mom life easy!

Finally able to clear videos off my phone. No more worries that I will lose them. One of the best features is the app tells me if I have already burned a video or photo, even if it was years ago.

First time using this and they responded quickly to my email when I asked for an estimated time of my order shipping. I ordered on October 1 and received it on Oct 15. I absolutely love my dvd. I’ll be using it for future dvds to keep our video & picture memories :)

Great idea, horrible app

This is probably one of the worst apps I have ever used. Having to log in every time you open the app is such a pain. Even if it remembered you, it would be better. But every single time you have to enter all of your info, my phone doesn’t save the password for whatever reason, so I have to try to remember my password, which is always a struggle. I just started an upload & got in the shower. Got out & the app had crashed so I had to log in again. My brother called after I logged in so I took the call & then had to log in again & then the app crashed. You can’t see your order history or to see what you already uploaded. I, personally don’t want to sit through 95 videos that I already sat through when I chose to order. After you add your purchase to your cart, you cannot go back & add additional purchases which is stupid. I have 1000 videos I need to get off of my phone. I would be great to do it all in one purchase with multiple usbs & not have to pay shipping for 10 separate orders. I do love the product though so I keep coming back. If the app was more user friendly, I think it would really take off. I know I would use it more.
