When it works, it’s good. It mostly doesn’t work. I’d use Ding for topping up.
This is the MOST useless app I have ever come across. When it works (which it rarely does) it works well. But most times it’s just a blank space. I have tried countless times to reinstall it, tried online help and sought in-store assistance only to be met with shrugs. So I persevere with the website option for now, which is not ideal when the internet (also provided by Digicel) is playing up. Just waiting for credible competition to come and whisk my business away!
This was a good app. It wasn’t perfect but it did the job. I used it instead of the short codes to get balances, buy plans etc. Since the update 5 days ago, it’s been total trash. I can’t see my balance, when I click on links to get info it runs indefinitely and I have to close the app completely. Bring back the old version and leave well enough alone
Not working most of the time just spinning
I’m able to pay bills but topping up is such a challenge. It gets very slow and laggy.
