I’ve been using USA since the 80s. One of the simplest entities for a great cause which I’m sure over the years has saved billions of dollars in mishaps, not to mention the safety aspect. I have a certificate from 1987. However today, I spent over an hour trying to log on send a new ticket for some upcoming work I have this week. Maybe I’m too old, but I wasn’t so impressed with the website or sending a new ticket online. I think I’m going stick with what I know works flawlessly. The good ole telephone. And notepad to write down my ticket number. 👍🤨
Great app for a contractor, works well and very informative.
Don’t ever make a mistake, a miss spelled email that didn’t match, didn’t allow me to move forward after correcting it. The “next” button would remain disabled no mater what!
My only thing to add about this app is that I wish it had saved the ticket number for you like in some history tab or something. I didn’t get my responses all in the same way but getting them was the most important thing to me.
No way to put special instructions on the online version. Example: at north end of paved road 30 ft to your left. No auto fill option on the online version. Other than that it seems to be really easy.
