DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Seriously, save yourself the time, money and aggravation and do not use this service. Everything about my experience was awful. Pick Up/Drop Off was VERY LATE and the company was not apologetic at all. Absolutely no concern for the fact that as a customer, you scheduled pick up during a certain window for a reason. Quality - AWFUL. My whites arrived with stains ALL OVER THEM. Literally on every single item. My clothes are completely ruined. My dark clothing was also ruined with...bleach stains! I truly do not understand how my white clothes ended up coming back to me with stains all over them and the company was so careless that they got bleach on my darker clothing! Not to mention other, weird stains that did not exist when I send them out. Customer Service - THE BIGGEST JOKE OF THEM ALL. When my order was late being picked up, I called, the number went straight to voicemail, I messaged online and didn't get a response for over 6 hours. 6 hours. I did however receive a call from the actual facility doing my laundry and when I tried to call that number the next day, to make sure my order would be delivered in the delivery window and to follow up when it wasn't my calls were ignored. ONLY WHEN I called from a private number were my calls answered. Regarding the fact that my clothes are literally ruined. I am still in process of getting my money back. But, it has taken over 2 weeks and I still don't have it. Press' customer service is not only unhelpful but they literally blamed me for the stains that their employees are responsible for. This company is trying to do everything possible to avoid any accountability or responsibility. I am still arguing with them about this and I will literally go to my credit card company to get my money back, if Press doesn't do the right thing. Pick Up - OVER 2 hours late Drop Off - an hour late Quality - 0/10; -3/10 if that rating was possible. Customer Service - -8/10 Seriously, save yourself the headache and don't even download this app.
-Placed order on Sunday April 3rd for about 35lbs of wash and fold laundry, as well as dry cleaning for a king size down feather duvet and a full length down feather Michael Kors winter coat. All items listed on original order form. -Items picked up Monday April 4th -Items scheduled to be returned between 8am-10am Wednesday April 6th -Items not returned until 6pm on Wednesday -Charged $178.42 on April 6th -Wash and fold laundry smelled like mildew and was extremely wrinkled. All had to be rewashed Wednesday night in order to have clean clothes to wear to work in the morning. -Down feather duvet smelled like mildew and was damp, had to be thrown away as it’s not supposed to be washed and was moldy. Originally valued at $120. -Michael Kors winter coat was not returned. Originally valued at $300. -Attempted to contact Press via chat function in app 3-4 times between Wednesday evening and Thursday morning. -Attempted to contact Press via Facebook Messenger Thursday morning. -Attempted to contact Press via text Thursday morning. Finally got a response from Gabe asking for more info and photo of missing coat. Communicated with Gabe and sent requested info. Gabe reassured that coat would be found and all charges would be reimbursed. Coat was returned about a week after original order was placed, but charges were never reimbursed. In summary, over $100 lost on wrinkled/moldy wash and fold clothing, $120 duvet ruined, and an additional $75 to have winter coat cleaned again after not trusting it was properly done so the first time. Nearly $300 worth of damage and nothing done to “make it right” as Gabe promised they would do. Press on and go somewhere else.
I had my laundry picked up on Wednesday and it said it would be delivering my laundry back on Friday (48hr). I was waiting on the day that I was supposed to receive my laundry. I got the automated message saying my laundry will be delivered today. And then I get a text from a random number saying that my laundry is ready for delivery but won’t be able to deliver until the afternoon. The laundry was supposed to be delivered in the morning. I was fine with it as I got it by the end of the day. I got no message back other than the first text asking if it’s okay to deliver in the afternoon. Called the number, the number did not go through. It was a text only number. Tried contacting press app support and got no response. Tried contacting all throughout the weekend and zero response. On Monday I got a message saying that they will contact the driver and zero response after that. On Tuesday the press support chat says that they have my laundry at this random laundromat and that I can go pick it up. Won’t DELIVER back to me but I can go pick it up! Get the address and call them and they say they don’t have my laundry. Contacted Press support and they ensured me it’s at the laundromat. Not how sketchy this place is, I hired a task rabbit person to go to the laundromat and they say they don’t have my laundry. Bo record of it. Makes the task rabbit person wait for an hour to contact their “boss”. And tells me that a driver took my laundry. No apologizes. I asked to talk to the driver and they refused and told me he couldn’t speak English. Won’t respond to when I could get my laundry back. After one week, my laundry was delivered 11pm at night. I spent over $50 on the task rabbit hire and got no compensation for all of the hassle. Well over due of the laundry deliver and losing my laundry, no response from the support team to what they can do for me. This is a scam! Don’t ever use this app ever! They don’t know what they are doing. This is just hiring random people here and there thinking it will work. It doesn’t work. Takes no responsibly and won’t respond to their customer.

Actually 0 stars… not even 1. I tried this service out given things have been very busy during the pandemic. This service was a disaster for me - they sourced a local firm that ended up having paint in one of the washers and returned my clothes back to me with white paint mixed in. I smelled something odd and when looking through my clothes I saw white paint smeared on my clothes. When I raised this to Press they asked me to prove it, share my receipts from the past to prove the value of the clothes and was a disaster. Who keeps receipts and value of clothes purchased? Their customer service rep was not at all helpful and I ended up not doing anything. I have no time - cut my loses and moved on with life. I chose them to help save me time. And then they screwed up and expected me to do work to dig through a historic sites and figure the value of my individual clothes items and fill out forms. Net net no one does that- it’s not practical. Would have expected them to have just trusted me. I took a chance with them and they screwed me and took my money. Please don’t ever use this service - they don’t care about customers during times when they really needed to shine. Just do your own laundry.
