Despite MANY attempts to log my child using the QR code it tells me I’m not scanning her QR code from the parent letter. Can’t get past the login to even use the app and as best as I can tell the QR code is the only way to log my child in, which I can’t if it won’t accept my child’s QR code.
Suggestions: 1. Move the sign out button away from the bottom. Way too easy to accidentally sign out and have to redo everything! 2. Too many clicks to find anything. Messages, points comments, especially for multiple children. 3. There’s a glitch when adding multiple children. You add one and get an error when trying to add the next. You have to sign out, lose all data, and then you’re able to add multiple children.
Every time it updates you have to sign in and I never have the codes to scan to get back in
So, I got a letter from the school telling me about the PBIS Rewards program. I download the app. The screen tells me to click the plus sign to scan the QR code. When I click it, it tells me a scan in already in progress? Ummm, ok. I try moving the phone around to see if I can get it to line up. Nothing. What is wrong with your app that it either thinks it is scanning when it’s not and/ or doesn’t let you see the code to line it up properly??
This app doesn’t even work and their is no way to log in from a parents view. Why even have something that doesn’t work. I have never been able to log in because it’s so faulty!
