Sync issue

Simply does not sync properly. I need to manually pair my phone and CPAP if I want to see sleep pattern. Better than nothing tho.

Unable to sync

Says I’m connected with my phone in the bluetooth, however, it will not show up in the app anymore. It worked for awhile but doesn’t anymore. Really frustrating because when it does work I am able to easily see the data.

Worked for 2 nights…

Then it stopped syncing. No option to manually start a sync. So disappointing. A great little CPAP machine but the app needs attention.

SleepStyle

The app can’t find my machine. Says tap to link to my machine and nothing pops up to select. There is no manual way to link to app either.

App worked for 5 days... last 2 days no data

I just bought this machine. The app worked for 5 days but now no data the last 2 days??! So bizarre.. so deleted app then reinstalled.. no change still not displaying the last 2 days.. it displayed the info on he screen when I woke up, it’s just not in the app. Machine works perfectly. App is a severe disappointment. My Android says the Bluetooth is connected to the machine just no data transfer.
