I’m Lease’s Apartment management. I Recommend the APP add a “Authorized user”for Renter, so the renter can lock and unlock the door lock by App.

“Lock has been added yet”

What on earth does this message mean? It has been added now? It hasn’t been added yet? No help in the manual or any online resources. I can “see” the lock and click it, but after I get this message nothing happens. Right now I’m a renter stuck with a code I do not know and that my entire contracting crew DOES know because I can’t change it. Zero stars if I could.

Product fine but privacy issues

We figured out the install, but when I set up the app I started to get a TON of spam emails to that email. I have an email that I use to vet products and apps before I change to my normal email. When I say a ton I mean 10 or more a day and it started within a short period after set-up.

Custom code minimum restored

Really appreciated that they restored the custom minimum code from 6 back to 4. 6 was impractical. Lock works pretty well in general.
