You can look up any acronym or abbreviation you know or come across - but what if your need is to find out what, if any acronyms/abbreviations may pertain to a given word? If I type in, “abbr”, the App quickly finds, “Abbreviation” as the answer, but if I type in, “Abbreviation”, it returns, “Word not found” (but only after interrupting my train of thought with a full-screen Ad - c’mon, this could have been implemented much less obnoxiously)! Really? You couldn’t design the App to work both ways? Am I the only person in the world that might want to know how to abbreviate a word, or to learn which words do not have a recognized abbreviation?
This is excellent! Comprehensive, never crashes, loads quickly, friendly user interface, seamless search function. I got entire series of Apps from publisher- I was that impressed with this App.
If it weren’t for this app, I’d be clueless as to half the stuff people are texting me these days. Shows I’m up with the times! You also learn about new things you never knew existed!
Application crashes at launch on 2 iOS devices.
