Artpaper: New Wallpapers Daily for Android

This app is gorgeous!

I wish I could apply my own search criteria to pull the images. There are certain periods and artists I'm not a fan of.

I’ve long looked for a way of dealing with my second monitor which is part of a music workstation used a few hours a day. The incredible free art work (tons of free paintings and photos) not only work as great desktop backgrounds, but also as a kind of ad-hoc screen saver for my second monitor, changing often enough to prevent burn in (change can be set up at intervals ranging from ½ hourly to static). Don’t be put off by the availability of “In-App Purchases.” There’s a huge selection of free images, all of excellent quality. I especially like the ability to select a favourites list and then rely on those till I feel like exploring more of this great library of fine art, a library that ranges from early renaissance through modern works. The menu bar interface is well organised and easy to use. I’ve no regrets.This is a great program.

Pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Fills the screen with works of art (most of the time). I hope the developers continue to add more collections. Love the ability to link to web sites that add to my knowledge of the picture. I use it on two screens - each one is different. Good occassional distration from the daily grind.

The app is great — beautiful wallpapers that you can dwell on or cycle through. Really nicely done. Unfortunately, I can’t open the app anymore. I downloaded it a few years back and for some reason it just wont’ launch anymore. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times. I’ve emailed the developer asking for advice. I’ve had no response and it makes me sad because I can’t enjoy the app anymore. Not sure if it’s an issue with my computer or something else, but some help would be appreciated.
