When I open the app it goes immediately to log in. The first page of the app where you would input your info quickly disappears. So I guess you can say it crashes...over and over and over. The scale that was gifted to me for its many features can only show the weight and temperature of the room. Because this app does not work, the features are not available, and hence useless.

I just wanted to see if I could switch the scale from kg to lbs but it wants all my personal info before I can even see the app so I deleted it and returned the scale. Huge security risk
I purchased two scales for 2 different geographic locations and I have connected them both with Bluetooth. For the past month, I have been using the second scale, and every day it shows the readings. But today I checked the Android Health app and found that there is no data from the 2nd scale, only data that is over one month old from the first scale. It appears that some setting on the Android is incorrect or else the App is faulty.
I had been using this app fine for almost two years. The introduction of startup ads was annoying, but it worked fine. The view to look at your history leaves a lot to be desired. However there was an update in May 2022 that broke the ability for the app to push data into Google Health. This is very annoying, now I am stuck using the app for historical data. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, but the link with Google health still does not work. Please fix this and I will edit my review and put the rating higher
